Westra Engineering optimizes the main load-bearing system based on the number of floors and spans, and we check equilibrium and global stability. We select foundation solutions based on geotechnical reports, and collaborate with and facilitate architects and other technical disciplines throughout the process. We design secondary columns and beams to meet your needs and wishes. We design solutions in cast-in-place or prefabricated concrete, steel and wood, and also have expertise in the use of solid wood.
Westra Engineering places great emphasis on sound economic, environmentally friendly and short-distance solutions. This is done, among other things, through the right choice of materials and the most optimized dimensions. Westra Engineering performs all calculations in accordance with Eurocode and relevant technical regulations.
